a) Public’s need for justice, impartiality and transparency from the government for their satisfaction to maintain the symbiotic relationship between the Government and the public.
b) Inept decision making can cause the followers to turn into rebels if the country is not driven justly by the government.
c) For the implementation of laws in a literate nation, competent and productive planners and administration are required.
4.2 At the economic level:
a) For the contentment of the demands of the literate nations huge capital and investment is required to attain the level of employment.
5 The level of cognitive thinking augments due to increased literacy rate and it becomes difficult to satisfy all minds which in turn cause clashes and the economy collapses.
6 High expectations and demands are also secured by the well-educated public and the government should have enough opportunities and means to control the expectations.
6.1 At the social level:
a) The ability of decision making enhances due to education and the people are hardly influenced by others.
b) Education helps a person evolve and prosper which in turn causes him to deny the commands of any other individual and choose one’s own way of life.
